16 Year 9 students from St. Paul’s Catholic School interviewed 12 members of Network Rail’s Executive Team in a one-hour Career WorkOut session at Quadrant:mk.  Click here for video of the Executive Team’s reactions.

“I think it’s incredibly important that Network Rail connects with local communities,” said Mark Enright, Head of Customer Service Deliveries IT.  “We need great young people coming into the organisation.”

“It’s really important that young people hear from us what we do,” said Julia Territt, Delivery Director Supply Chain Operations.  “The students just take you through it, step by step.

“It’s a really nice, relaxed atmosphere,” said James Wood, Finance Director.

“It’s helped me to reflect on some of the things I’ve done,” said Steve  Armstrong, Transformation Director.

“There’s no preparation involved,” said Andy Parker, Chief Information Technology Officer.  “It’s great fun and it’s only an hour out of your day!”
