Worktree collects data to operate effectively and provide you the best experiences of volunteering with us. You provide some of this data directly, such as when you create a Worktree volunteering account, or when you give us your contact details on a business card, in a discussion, phone call or email. We also take photos of volunteers at our events. We don’t obtain data from third parties.
How We Use Personal Data
Worktree uses the data we collect to operate our charity and provide you the services we offer, including communicating information about upcoming events you may be interested to attend and feedback from events you have attended. We may use your photos for reporting and/or marketing our volunteering opportunities. We do not use what you say in email, calls or voice mail, your photos or other personal files, to target other advertisements to you.
Reasons We Share Personal Data
We may share your job title and company name, but not your name or email address, with schools and other hosts of our events in order to demonstrate the wide range of worker types which make up our volunteers. We do not share your personal data with third party organisations.
How to Access & Control Your Personal Data
If you are a registered volunteer, you can view, edit, or delete your personal data online. You can always choose whether you wish to receive our monthly e-newsletters by editing the information there, or by contacting us directly by email info@worktree2.prominenthosting.com or phone 07966 204109.
