TXM Group has agreed to continue sponsoring Milton Keynes based charity Worktree for the 10th consecutive year. During the previous 12 months Worktree enabled 7,000 secondary students to meet and ask questions of circa 500 people from a multitude of careers in 300 online sessions.
The process is simple, Volunteers click www.worktree.org/events to select a convenient date/time to join a panel of five guests from different companies, taking it in turns to answer the students’ questions.
It’s online and takes just 40 minutes. CEO Keiron Gallimore said: “It’s important young people get to see the wide range of careers available and that we encourage them to think independently about what’s going to suit them best. It’s been a privilege to support a much needed Initiative!”
