Worktree has won the Micro Category of the new Carole Baume awards created by MK Community Foundation in memory of Cllr Carole Baume, who died suddenly last year.
“We feel deeply honoured to receive this award,” said Worktree’s Tom Bulman. “Carole was a remarkable politician and person. She did as she said, put people before programme, community before party, herself before others. She was a very good friend to Worktree, really made an effort to understand what we do and what we need. I’ll miss talking to Carole. It’s so nice to have this award, at least something of her to hold onto.”
